Saucy Salsa Salad Dressing

"This is just plain good! Pour this low fat dressing over taco salad, omelets, nachos, sliced avocado, enchiladas, grilled chicken, or use as a dip for vegetables or tortilla chips. Spicy, with just a hint of sweetness! I love it! Very easy to make, but NOT short on taste! I think this would also make a great dressing for a corn or black bean salad! Anyone up for experimenting?"

  1. I thank you for saving my keester! I was planning on making a salsa ranch dressing, but found that "someone" used most of the ranch. In a pinch, with the salad already made, I went searching & saw your recipe. I'll admit I had to fudge even these ingredients, but you gave me a great jumping off point. I had to use garlic 1000 thousand island instead of French and nonfat yogurt in place of sour cream, but it's exactly what I wanted! For others, use roughly the same amount of these substitutes & tweak amounts slightly.

  3. Truly a keeper for a mexican dinner. I did decrease the amount of French Dressing, tho. Thanks so much for posting this recipe.
