  • DRAIN SAUERKRAUT AND CHOP.
  • MIX WITH PORK, BEEF, ONION, PARSLEY, SEASONING, SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER.
  • FRY TILL MEAT IS BROWNED.
  • REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN BREAD CRUMBS ADD 2 EGGS AND MIX WELL.
  • LET COOL.
  • FORM INTO BALLS BEAT 1 EGG AND MILK TOGETHER.
  • DIP INTO MILK MIXTURE THEN CRUMB MIXTURE AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
