  • Cream shortening and sugar.
  • Add eggs.
  • Add dry ingredients with water.
  • Add drained and chopped sauerkraut.
  • Bake in 9x13 greased and floured baking pan at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  • Good with a chocolate frosting.
