“Since it is "KRAUT" month I just had to add this recipe. Oh, by the way, this still can be "comfort" food even with sauerkraut in it.”

Directions

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in eggs, vanilla, salt and cocoa.
  3. Add dry ingredients and water alternately.
  4. Blend in kraut and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured bundt cake pan.
  6. Bake at 375F for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Top with a powdered sugar glaze.
