  1. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.
  2. Set aside to COOL. Chop bell pepper, celery and onions.
  3. Drain sauerkraut (DO NOT RINSE) , mix all together.
  4. Cover and Refrigerate overnight for best flavor!
