Sausage and Bacon Cheese Quiche #Ragu

- 1 prepared refrigerated deep dish pie shell
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup Italian sausage, sliced and cut in half
- 1⁄2 cup bacon, chopped
- 12 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 1⁄4 cup Ragú® Pasta Sauce (parmesan pasta sauce with roasted garlic)
- salt and pepper

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Poke one of the pie crusts with a fork to make small holes and bake the pie crust in the oven for about 2-3 minutes.
- In a large nonstick skillet, add the oil. Add the sausage meat and cook about 2-3 minutes. Add the bacon and cook until golden about 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta and the eggs until creamy. Stir in the goat cheese, mozzarella, parmesan sauce, salt and pepper. Take thecooked sausage and bacon and pour into the cheese mixture, stir. Mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for about 30- 35 minutes or until golden.
