- Whisk egg in bowl; set aside.
- In a baking dish tear the bread
- Brown sausage; drain; add to bread.
- Pour egg over combination.
- Spread cheese on top.
- Cook at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Nice and easy. It was a good flavor but needed some seasoning which I added and it is definitely important to let the bread soak up the egg and milk mixture at least 8 hours before baking. Otherwise it doesn't work well. I also used a spicy sausage for some more flavor and a mix of cheeses, but overall it was good and very easy.
