Directions

  1. In skillet, cook sausage till brown. Remove. reserving 2-3 tablespoons drippings in skillet.
  2. Cook mushrooms, onion, carrot and garlic in drippings till tender. Drain off fat.
  3. Combine bread cubes, sausage, cooked vegetables, cooked spinach, milk, basil, oregano, poultry seasoning and red pepper.
  4. Mix well. (If too dry, add a few drops of milk.) Form into balls using 1/2 cup mixture for each.
  5. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 325*F oven 25 minutes.
  6. Serve arranged on spinach lined serving platter with turkey. Garnish with carrot curls.
