  1. Fry the sausages until brownd and cut them into 1 inch peices.
  2. Cut the red or green pepper into 1 quarter inch peices.
  3. Peel carrots and cut into 1 half inch chunks.
  4. Dice the onion.
  5. Destring the celery by running a peeler along the back of the stalk and cut into 1 half inch peices.
  6. Put all ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on a low heat for 5 hours.
  7. Serve with pasta or rice.
