Directions

  1. Saute sausage, breaking into small pieces.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Pour off excess grease.
  4. Cut rabe into bite size pieces and saute in olive oil.
  5. Add garlic and saute another minute or two.
  6. Add chicken broth and simmer until rabe is tender.
  7. Add butter and cooked sausage to pan.
  8. Stir until butter is melted.
  9. Pour over cooked shells.
  10. Serve with parmesan cheese.
