Directions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a frying pan, brown sausage. Drain fat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) to the meat and simmer about 10 minutes.
  4. When noodles are done, drain and place in serving bowl.
  5. Remove bay leaf. Add meat mixture to noodles and toss to incorporate together.
  6. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
