- Lightly coat 13x9 baking dish; set aside.
- Cook sausage and drain.
- Line dish with pizza dough, stretching to make crust go up sides of casserole dish (but take care not to make any holes).

- Layer meat, veggies, and top with cheese.
- Roll down crust sides.
- Bake 32 - 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and ramano blend once done baking.

follower of Christ, daughter and sister, wife and godmother, cousin and friend, radio personality and news junkie.
I graduated from the University of North Alabama (ROAR LIONS!) in 2006, and my husband and I love the Shoals. We've also lived in Huntsville which is a wonderful place, and we were born and raised in Bham. I became more domestic after I got married (as usually happens), but I have always had a love for cooking. Being raised on good food will make you that way - my mother is one of those people who can throw something together and it tastes great and both of my grandmothers had a wonderful repertoire of dishes. My hope is that one day, with years of experience like they have, my food will be a comfort to my family as theirs always was.
