Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb sausage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 9 ounces au gratin potato mix
  • 8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 12 cups water

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and onion in oil for about 5 minutes.
  2. stir in potatoes, sauce mix and 2 1/2 cups hot water.
  3. heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. add frozen vegetables, simmer until vegetables are tender.
