Sausage & Tater Tot English Muffin Pizzas

"Easy to make and the kids can help. Good if you're on a budget or in college. Great for OMAC or at the end of the month. This recipe is very forgiving and can be a mix and match of things you have around. NOTES: You can use regular precooked potatoes that are diced or hash browns. Sausage can be bulk, just make sure to cook and crumble before adding to onions. For the links, cut in half and julienne them. Then cut the juliennes into half across the width. In place of sausage you could use left over chicken, roast or pork. Any kind of cheese can be used!"

  1. Oh yeah, that's what I'm talkin' about! I made some adjustments to this, but it was uber delicious. I thought it sounded infinitely better without the red sauce and about 3 times the tater tots, and I am glad I did that on both accounts - it was just perfect. Made that way, it could totally pass as a breakfast sandwich (even without an egg patty, but I bet it would be great with one too).
