Sausage Wonton Cups

ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Italian sausage
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
directions
- Brown the sausage, drain, and place into a medium size bowl.
- Place Green Onions into another bowl and pepper jack in yet another. (This is for easy prep, feel free to leave this step out.).
- Place a Wonton wrapper in each mini cupcake cup and brush lightly with Olive Oil.
- Place a small spoonful of sausage in each cup.
- Sprinkle a little green onion into each cup.
- Bake at 350 F for 6-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake again for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Enjoy! :).
