  • Heat oil.
  • Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in salt and bean sprouts.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until as done as you like.
  • Serve immediately.

  1. I love these! I serve them with pan fried potstickers, fried rice, spicy beef noodles, szechuan chicken...basically all kinds of asian dishes. I usually use a little less oil and add a couple tbsp of soy sauce
     
  2. I added mushrooms also, used sesame seed oil and a little butter. After onions, mushrooms and bean sprouts were cooked, I sprinkled on a little (not too much, add slowly and taste as you go) strawberry balsamic glaze. I served this with my T-bone steak for mother’s day and it was a hit! And bean sprouts are so good for you!!
     
  3. This was excellent, fast and easy. I used a bit less oil and added some soy sauce at the end. Green onions for color instead of regualr. I'll certainly make this again and again.

  5. was very yummy! I added soya sauce (to taste) instead of salt and a splash of water to make sure they didn't dry out and my whole family loved them.
