Sauteed Beans and Veggies

"The beans add a nice flavor to this dish. Amounts are approximate, I tend to eyeball. This is a very quick side dish to make. You know when this dish is done by sight, so cooking time is a complete guess. (It doesn't take long though!)"

  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Sautee onion until tender.
  • Add beans, peas and asparagus and cook over medium heat until beans begin to wrinkle.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
