  1. This receipe is really great. I didn't have dill weed and used some rosemary. Also saute some onion in the butter after lifting out the fillets. Really good stuff. Quick and easy.

  2. Inez says this is good for a dinner party. That's true, but why wait? It's so quick and so good I quartered the recipe and treated myself. The title says it all...if you like the ingredients, you'll like this dish for sure.

  3. Same with Kim... I think I did something wrong too... it did not turn out well... I will have to re-try this some other time

  4. Yummy! Very quick and easy to make. I added a little more honey for a slightly sweeter sauce. Served it on a bed of rice with a side of sauteed zucchini. This will definitely be a regular meal at my house!

  5. Maybe I did something wrong but it didn't turn out very well. Oh well. Maybe I'll play with it next time to see if it will taste better.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
