  1. Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wings about 5 minute per side. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
  2. Combine onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, ginger and garlic in large bowl. Add to slow cooker; stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or on high 2-3 hours Sprinkle with chives.
