Savory Baked Pork Chops

"These pork chops are seasoned well enough to put on the BBQ grill but are baked instead. When done they are juicy and tender. The seasonings are an estimate, as any cook will tell you we generally eyeball them to taste."

I am a mother who has been inspired by my hair. I know that sounds odd but let me explain. Back in 2003 I decided to embrace my naturally curly hair. On my journey to use the best hair care products I discovered the best things for my hair are also the best things for my body. As a result, all of my recipes promote the use the best ingredients that nature can offer. I look for recipes that are heart healthy and figure friendly but I do love the occasional cheatrecipe (aka cookies, cakes and candy).
