  • Crack egg whites into small bowl.
  • Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into pie dish or onto plate.
  • Dip cut tenders into egg white.
  • Roll tenders with egg into flour, coating on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in shallow frying pan.
  • Place tenders in frying pan, cooking 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Transfer tenders to plate and dump oil out of pan.
  • Return tenders to pan and add Italian dressing.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes until some of the dressing has carmelized.
  • Remove tenders from pan and serve immediately.
