  • Preheat oven to 350* For shells, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender but not brown; stir in cottage cheese, wine, basil, crab and seasonings. Spoon 2 or 3 Tblsp. of mixture into each shell. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm with the following warm sauce: Saute tomatoes and garlic in oil about 5 minutes; add wine and simmer until liquid has about evaporated. Season to taste; sprinkle with basil just before serving.
