Directions

  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Whisk egg white and water until foamy.
  3. Toss with nuts, and pour into strainer.
  4. Strain for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour nuts into brown paper bag, and shake with spices until coated.
  6. Pour onto cookie sheet and spread out.
  7. Bake 15 minutes and stir.
  8. Lower heat to 225 degrees, and bake 1 hour, stirring a few times.
  9. Turn off oven and cool with door propped open.
  10. Store in airtight container.
