  • 1 (600 g) bag europe's best summer fruit salad, defrosted
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 cup sweet red pepper, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 12 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped

  • In a large bowl, combine Summer fruit salad, apple onion, red pepper, and jalapeno peppers. Add lime juice and salt. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour.
  • Toss salad lightly. Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with onions, avocado, and cilantro.
  • Salad can be made 3-4 hours ahead, adding avocado, just before serving.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
