- 14 ounces pork and herb sausages
- 1 lb cooked penne
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
- 10 ounces broccoli, cooked
- 5 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
directions
- Broil the sausages (refer to pack for cooking instructions) and cut each one into four pieces.
- In an ovenproof dish, mix the sausage pieces with cooked penne, a can of chopped tomatoes and cooked broccoli.
- Top with sliced mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes at 400°F, or until the cheese is melted, for an easy dinner.
