  1. Mix together the butter, milk, egg and seasoning in a small jug. Put all other ingredients into a bowl and pour the butter mix over other ingredients and mix to a wet dough.
  2. Drop full tablespoon's onto a baking tray and cook at 350-400C for 20-25 minutes.
