Scalloped Cushaw

  • Cut cushaw in pieces.
  • Scrape out seeds and boil until tender.
  • Remove peeling.
  • Beat cushaw with mixer.
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Place in baking dish and bake in 350 degrees oven until brown on top.
