This is very good. I recipe can be tweaked but I don't think people should give their versions of their recipes. I had never made scalloped potatoes because my husband doesn't like cheese!! ?? I decided I was going to find a recipe for two and try it. I'm so glad I did!!!?? I see now how this can be adjusted to individual tastes. Thanks for a YUMMY ?? recipe!! I will eat my fill of the leftovers tomorrow night!!!

The cheese sauce is very good but the cooking time and the potatoes are taking much longer to get soft and editable. I would suggest you put oven on 400-475 degrees for the time you suggest. I have had to cook this for over one hour and thirty minutes. Otherwise, I would have given this a five star review.

Even though I haven't been here for a long time, MY recipes aren't up for adoption. :) And don't change any of them either. ;)
