I live in the Heart of Dixie, Birmingham, Alabama, with my husband and two young boys. Mealtimes are important to us, so I take care to prepare creative but quick suppers that meet our dietary and budgetary requirements. It's hard!
I enjoy girlie salads, a good grilled hamburger, and the occasional "Southern" fare...fried chicken, okra, peas.
My hobbies include knitting, painting, traveling and movie-going. One day I hope to enjoy exercising again.
