  • Heat butter in skillet.
  • Add mushrooms, wine, shallots, cheese and parsley.
  • Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes,.
  • Stir in scallops and continue cooking 2 minutes.
  • Pour in white sauce; season and cook 1 minute.
  • Serve over cooked linguini.
