  • In a med bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper with a wire whisk or fork. In a 6 1/2 inch skillet melt butter over med heat; add garlic and cook until soft. Pour in egg mixture. Cook over med heat, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around edge.
  • With a spatula or a large spoon, lift and fold the partially cooked egg mixture so that the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking over med heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist. Remove from heat and serve.

  1. Loved the addition of the garlic though I just used some garlic butter instead of mincing some garlic and only used 2 large eggs and served with a slice of wholemeal/wholegrain toast, thank you scarley, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
