Scampi Vittorio's

"Scampi is actually the Italian name for a shellfish that is similar to a large prawn of shrimp. In the United States, it is most common to use shrimp , which is then cooked in garlic, butter, white wine and herbs. In this recipe, the wine was substituted by just adding water."
