  1. Put the spinach in a microwave-safe bowl with a dash of water. Heat on high in the microwave for 8-10 minutes. Mix once during cooking.
  2. When the spinach is ready, add the cheeses to the bowl. Mix it up well, and add the cumin and pepper to taste. Pop it in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Spread on something good, like toasted protein bread!
