Hello, I enjoy cooking for my family and coworkers at the fire station. The crews (work and home) seem to enjoy the dishes I have prepared for them so far. I like to try and cook new things as often as I can. My short term goal is to make the perfect cup of coffee and to make the perfect Tarmasu. So any tips on either or both please let me in on the mystery. SCMEDIC
