- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup diced green onion
- 1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
directions
- cook harsh brown in preheat oil pan , stir it around until little crunchy then pour it on plate.
- Then use same pan, pour mixture of the frist four ingredients together stir until it firm.
