  • Put 1 tbsp of butter into pan.
  • Add egg and salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of butter in bowl.
  • Scramble.
  • Put into hot frying pan and let cook until egg is thick and not runny.
  • Serve.

  2. i dont ever eat eggs, dont normally like them, however made this recipe because it was easier enough that not even i could stuff up for my hubby for FATHERS Day. He ate them without muttering a word, when finished sent me back to kitchen to cook more, he praised them so much I sat down to see what he was on about, and I was shocked they were delicious, very velvety and buttery, thanks!
     
  3. I'd say there's a wee bit too much butter here for two eggs, but buttery eggs are wonderful. We omit the salt, and add Italian seasoning, a little cheddar and fresh parsley. After adding to the hot pan, I let them set a bit and lift the edges to let the uncooked portion run underneath. Turns out a bit more like a tender frittata. Yum!
     
  4. My 9 year old has recently discovered that he loves to make scrambled eggs. He made this recipe for his breakfast yesterday... he liked that he didn't have to try and pour the milk. The eggs came out all light and fluffy just like he likes them. And the instructions were easy for him to follow on his own too! Perfect! He even got generous and made some for his little brother who also loved them! Thanks for posting!
