  1. Place nonstick skillet over high heat.
  2. Beat together eggs and egg whites, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add heavy cream.
  4. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray when skillet is hot and pour in eggs all at once.
  5. Pour asparagus and avocado over eggs, add mushroom and onion.
  6. Scramble gently, then add goat cheese. Make to order!
