"I wanted something a little less boring than the usual scrambled eggs. Still a work in progress. Next time I'll try it with 2% milk instead of cream."

directions

  • saute garlic in olive oil.
  • mix eggs in a separate bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  • pour eggs in the pan with the garlic.

  2. These were very good :) The directions didn't say how much cream to add so I used 1 tablespoon of butter and also used garlic powder. I stirred in some grated Parmesan cheese and cooked these in the microwave. I will make these often. Thanks *Made for Spring 2010 PAC*
     
  3. Nice twist on scrambled eggs! I used a little garlic powder instead of the minced garlic (gotta save a little time in the morning!), used milk instead of cream, and topped with cheddar-jack cheese. The amount of cayenne was just right to give the eggs a little kick. Great breakfast - thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2010
