Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  2. Combine the chicken and bread crumbs in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Cut up the carrots and green onions and add to the blender.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients from the sage to the pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add this to the chicken breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Combine with your hands.
  7. Place in a buttered non stick 9x5x3" loaf pan.
  8. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour.
  9. Then remove the foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the loaf is cooked through.
