  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 garlic clove, crushed or chopped
  • 12 lemon, juice of
  • 14 cup champagne (sparkling wine)

directions

  • Melt butter in sauce pan and add all ingredients and simmer until ready to use. This is best if kept warm with butter warmers while you eat.
