  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine crab, shrimp, celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and pimientos.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, milk, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Stir into seafood mixture.
  4. Stir in rice and transfer mixture to a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake uncovered at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
