  • Cut fish fillets into large pieces. Saute onion and garlic in margarine. Add tomato, broth, sherry, lemon, and seasonings; simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Add fish, shrimp and clams; simmer 15 minutes or until clams open. Top with parmesan cheese.
