Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine sauce with 2 cups water.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, shrimp, crab and peas.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup suace on bottom of 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Top with 3 lasagna noodles.
  6. Layer cottage cheese mixture, sauce, 1/3 swiss cheese, an noodles.
  7. Top with last 1/3 swiss cheese, but reserve 1/2 C swiss cheese.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake 1 hour & 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese.
  12. Bake additional 10 minutes to melt cheese.
