  • In large skillet add the oil and heat. Add onions, saute until soft. Add salmon and cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining veggies and the soy sauce and wine and cook for another 3 minutes. Add all of the seafood ingredients and Old Bay Seasoning and cook for 3 -5 minutes or until shrimp are done, Do not overcook or your shrimp will be tough and rubbery. Serve with rice, salad, and tortillas.

  1. We really enjoyed this! I think I should've used a different pan to cook it in, because the one I used was too high and deep for me to stir the mixture without causing the much of the salmon to flake apart, but this didn't affect the flavor. Great combination of seafood (although I did omit the squid rings because I didn't have any), and I love how veggie-heavy this is. I used orange bell pepper in place of the green because I don't like green peppers, and I upped the amounts of salmon, shrimp and scallops to make up for the missing squid. I'll definitely be making this again, hopefully with the squid next time. Thanks for posting! Made for the Emerald City Shakers for ZWT7
