Seafood Salad Stuffed Shells

"I love these! They are not what people are expecting of a stuffed shell so everyone talks about them when Iput out the finger food."

  1. Very tasty and unusual finger food. My husband picked up Krab Salad (imitation crabmeat) at the Deli - not (real) seafood salad. I added chopped fresh chives and Old Bay to it for more flavor, and I also used them as garnishes. I stuffed appx. 30 jumbo shells. I'll used (real) seafood salad next time, and if it's not available at the deli, I'll make it from scratch. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

  2. These are wonderful! A lovely starter that goes great with a glass of white wine. I used my recipe #129968 (minus the pasta) to stuff these, and garnished with red and green bell peppers. Thank you, Sorrie Lue!

  3. This makes a unique and lovely presentation. Of course the quality of your deli's seafood salad is the key here. Be sure to add the red and green pepper which adds a beautiful contrast to the salad! Thank you, Sorrie Lue!
