  1. Cut tops off each pepper; remove the seeds and membrane. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain well and set aside.
  2. Combine shrimp, crabmeat, rice, celery, onion, and pimiento.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper; stir in to crabmeat mixture and mix well.
  4. Stuff peppers with the seafood mixture; sprinkle each with the bread crumbs and top each with a pat of butter.
  5. Place in baking dish add hot water to the depth of 1/2 inch. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
