  1. I made this for a friend's birthday party this weekend and everyone loved it! I was asked for the recipe by almost everyone who attended the party. I did not have sour cream so I used vanilla yogurt. I also grated pepper jack cheese instead of using the mozzarella. I used two cans of lump crab meat. I will be making this recipe a lot this summer. Thanks for posting this one!

  2. YUM!! This is soooo good!! I serve this dip with Zesty Doritos and I use a spicy seafood cocktail sauce!

  3. I had this at a party a couple years ago and have been trying to recreate the recipe but to no avail. FINALLY, I found one that tastes like what I had! This recipe is so delicious. Thank you thank you thank you! I love it. When I serve it to guests at my functions now I make sure to have the recipe close at hand because someone ALWAYS inevitably asks for it. :)

  4. I made a half recipe of this tonight to share with our neighbours over drinks. I used light cream cheese and light sour cream, and a mix of shrimp and fresh crab meat. Australian seafood sauce is quite different to American (see my recipe #63198 for it) but it was still excellent. The neighbours loved it and begged for the recipe!

  5. Rhonda I only made 1/2 the recipe, it was for dh & I. Boy did I make a mistake, should have made the whole dish, was it ever good. We really enjoyed this quick and easy to make dish. The cheese mixture combined beautifully with all the other flavors and textures. The only change to your recipe was to cut up large shrimp in the place of the canned ones. I don't buy canned. I served them with scoopables. Thank you for sharing a recipe that we will make often. made for Think Pink 2011
