  1. Pour roughly 2 cups of BBQ sauce into a crock pot and set heat on low setting. Place frozen pork chops in crock pot and flip over as is necessary, making sure they are thoroughly covered with sauce. Pour an additional 1 cup of BBQ sauce on top of pork chops. Next slice veggies to your liking and sprinkle throughout the crock pot (on top or chops, to the side, etc.) Let simmer for roughly 7 hours and serve. Note: for crispier veggies, add them at hour number 4 to crock pot.
