  1. Wipe fish with a damp cloth.
  2. Cut into serving pieces or cubes.
  3. Saute onion in butter until soft but not browned.
  4. Add garlic and fish.
  5. Heat to simmer.
  6. Cook for 10-20 minute depending on what type of fish used and the size of the pieces.
  7. Fish should be just tender and flake easily.
  8. Don't overcook.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
  11. Mix sour cream and mustard.
  12. Just before serving, add sour cream mixture and shrimp to casserole.
  13. Heat just until hot iwthout stirring.
  14. Top with dill or parsley.
