  1. Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender; drain.
  4. In large mixing bowl, mash the potatoes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients; mash until fluffy.
